Remembering Daytona History

While we wait for the 2014 Daytona 500 to resume, let’s take a stroll down memory lane. This season is the first to see the iconic number 3 compete in the Sprint Cup Series since 2001. Time to recall the historic 1998 Daytona 500, Dale Earnhardt Sr.’s 20th start in the event, and the Great American Race that The Intimidator finally won in the Richard Childress Racing 3 car he made so famous.
